• Prepare your wedding budget and track all expenses• Prepare a wedding timeline to monitor tasks which must be completed• Provide recommendations for venues and vendors• Serve as the liaison between client and all vendors• Coordinate hotel accommodations for out of town guest• Contract review and negotiation• Outline the wedding day itinerary• Set-up and decorate the ceremony and reception site• Give instruction at the wedding and wedding rehearsal• Assist with day of bridal preparations |
