The Ultimate Planner:• Prepare a wedding timeline to monitor tasks which must be completed• Unlimited hours of consultation• Assist bride and groom with preparation of the wedding budget• Bridal Shower coordination• Honeymoon planning• Etiquette coaching• Assist with the selection of bridal party attire• Provide recommendations for venues and vendors• Serve as the liaison between client and all vendors• Accompany client to vendor appointments• Assist with invitation selection, wording and addressing• Track all RSVPs and follow up with guest• Coordinate hotel accommodations for out-of-town guest• Create and deliver gifts bags for hotel guest• Plan the rehearsal dinner• Outline the wedding day schedule of events• Set-up and decorate the ceremony and reception site • Give instruction at the wedding and wedding rehearsal• Assist with day of bridal preparations• Provide an assistant on the day of your wedding |
