The Ultimate Planner:• Prepare your wedding budget and track all expenses• Prepare a wedding timeline to monitor tasks which must be completed• Assist bride and groom with preparation of the wedding budget• Bridal Shower, Bachelorette and Bachelor party coordination• Honeymoon planning• Etiquette coaching• Event décor selection• Help with the selection of bridal party attire• Provide recommendations for venues and vendors• Serve as the liaison between client and all vendors• Track all RSVPs and follow up with guests• Accompany client to appointments outside of vendor referral network• Coordinate hotel accommodations for out of town guest• Contract review and negotiation• Create and deliver gifts bags for hotel guests• Plan the rehearsal dinner• Outline the wedding day itinerary• Set-up and decorate the ceremony and reception site• Give instruction at the wedding and wedding rehearsal• Assist with day of bridal preparations |
